diffferent, the strategy consultancy for new growth, is strengthening its regenerative organization with even more team power at the top and is promoting from within its own ranks: Paul End, previously Executive Director Impact and authorized signatory in the management team responsible for diffferent's operational business, is being promoted to Managing Director with immediate effect.
The previous Managing Director Kristina Bonitz is leaving the company to take on new challenges. "We would like to thank Kristina Bonitz very much for her work and her tireless commitment to diffferent. We wish her all the best and every success for her future challenges," says Erwin Greiner, Chief Financial Officer of the SYZYGY GROUP.
The internal succession plan ensures continuity within the company and guarantees the consistent continuation of the strategy pursued to date. "In Paul End, we have gained an experienced and valued colleague as our new Managing Director who has been familiar with the organization and the business for over twelve years. He will ensure continuity while at the same time providing new impetus and will ensure diffferent's successful direction," says Greiner. In the future, the management team will benefit from even more creative collaboration and team strength through a second management position. The second management position will be filled externally in the coming months.
