Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, which is provided by Google LLC (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA). The use includes the operating mode "Universal Analytics". This makes it possible to assign data, sessions and interactions across multiple devices to a pseudonymous user ID and thus to analyse the activities of a user across devices.

Google Analytics uses "cookies", which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyse how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, if IP anonymisation is activated on this website, your IP address will be shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area beforehand. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and truncated there.

The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data. Google will use this information on behalf of the operator of this website to analyse your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide the website operator with other services relating to website activity and internet usage. Our legitimate interest in data processing also lies in these purposes. The legal basis for the use of Google Analytics is Section 15 (3) TMG and Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The data sent by us and linked to cookies, user identifiers (e.g. user ID) or advertising IDs are automatically deleted after 14 months. Data that has reached the end of its retention period is automatically deleted once a month. Further information on terms of use and data protection can be found at google.com/analytics/terms/de.html or at policies.google.com.

You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, however please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website. You can also prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookie and relating to your use of the website (including your IP address) and from processing this data by Google by downloading and installing the Browser-Add-on. Opt-out cookies prevent the future collection of your data when you visit this website. To prevent Universal Analytics from collecting data across different devices, you must opt out on all systems used. If you click here, the opt-out cookie will be set: Deactivate Google Analytics.

Use of Hubspot for marketing activities
HubSpot is a software company from the USA with a subsidiary HubSpot Ireland Limited in 2nd Floor 30 North Wall Quay, Dublin 1, Ireland. We use this integrated software solution for our own marketing, lead generation and customer service purposes. This includes email marketing, which regulates the sending of newsletters and automated mailings, social media publishing and reporting, contact management such as user segmentation and CRM, landing pages and contact forms. HubSpot uses cookies, small text files that are stored locally in the cache of your web browser on your end device and enable us to analyse your use of the website. HubSpot analyses the information collected (e.g. IP address, geographical location, type of browser, duration of the visit and pages accessed) on our behalf so that we can generate reports on the visit and the pages visited. Information collected by HubSpot and the content of our website is stored on the servers of HubSpot's service providers. If you have given your consent to this in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a GDPR, the processing on this website is carried out for the purpose of website analysis.

You can permanently object to the collection of data by HubSpot and the setting of cookies by preventing the storage of cookies through your browser settings. You can object to the processing of your personal data at any time with effect for the future by sending an email to datenschutz@diffferent.de.

YouTube
Our website uses the provider YouTube LLC, 901 Cherry Avenue, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA, represented by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA, to embed videos. Normally, when you access a page with embedded videos, your IP address is sent to YouTube and cookies are installed on your computer. However, we have embedded our YouTube videos with the extended data protection mode (in this case, YouTube still contacts Google's Double Click service, but according to Google's privacy policy, personal data is not analysed). This means that YouTube no longer stores any information about visitors unless they watch the video. If you click on the video, your IP address is transmitted to YouTube and YouTube learns that you have watched the video. If you are logged in to YouTube, this information will also be assigned to your user account. You can prevent this by logging out of YouTube before watching the video.

We have no knowledge of and no influence on the possible collection and use of your data by YouTube. Further information can be found in YouTube's privacy policy. We also refer you to our general description in this privacy policy for the general handling and deactivation of cookies.

Vimeo
Our website also uses the provider Vimeo, LLC, 555 West 18th Street, New York, NY 10011, USA, to integrate videos. With the help of the Vimeo player, we integrate videos from third-party providers on our pages. Each time a Vimeo video clip is accessed, a direct connection is established between the web browser and the Vimeo server in the USA. If you are logged in to Vimeo as a member, Vimeo will assign this information to your personal user account. If you use the plugin, i.e. start a video, this information will also be assigned to your user account. You can prevent this by logging out before using our website and deleting the corresponding cookies from Vimeo. Further information can be found in Vimeo's privacy policy.

In principle, we have no influence on data processing on the websites of social networks. At most, we receive statistics from the providers about the use of and visits to our company profiles on social networks (e.g. information about the number of views, interactions such as likes and comments as well as summarised demographic and other information or statistics). The providers may also use the data for their own purposes, over which we have no influence. For more information, please refer to the providers' privacy policies linked above.

You can address your requests for information with regard to data processing in the context of our company profiles to us using the contact details given in section 1.
