HubSpot is a software company from the USA with a subsidiary HubSpot Ireland Limited in 2nd Floor 30 North Wall Quay, Dublin 1, Ireland. We use this integrated software solution for our own marketing, lead generation and customer service purposes. This includes email marketing, which regulates the sending of newsletters and automated mailings, social media publishing and reporting, contact management such as user segmentation and CRM, landing pages and contact forms. Our website uses the provider YouTube LLC, 901 Cherry Avenue, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA, represented by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA, to embed videos. Normally, when you access a page with embedded videos, your IP address is sent to YouTube and cookies are installed on your computer. However, we have embedded our YouTube videos with the extended data protection mode (in this case, YouTube still contacts Google's Double Click service, but according to Google's privacy policy, personal data is not analysed). Your personal data will be processed on our behalf via the external applicant management system of Personio SE & Co. KG (DE) on the basis of an order processing agreement in accordance with Art. 28 DSGVO, i.e. forwarded to us via the online job form on the website. This ensures that the processing is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the DSGVO.

Your data will only be passed on to other companies within the SYZYGY Group (SYZYGY AG, SYZYGY Deutschland GmbH, SYZYGY Performance Marketing GmbH) for the purpose of processing your application if you have given your consent to this.
